These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of this website and the purchase of products from The Pup Heritage Co. ("we", "us", "our"). By browsing our store or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Eligibility. You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian, to place an order.

2. Products. We sell dog accessories. We make every effort to display our products and their colours accurately, but we cannot guarantee that your screen displays them accurately. Slight variations in colour, pattern placement and measurement are normal for our pieces.

3. Pricing. All prices are listed in Swiss francs (CHF) and may change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel any order placed at an incorrect price.

4. Orders and payment. Placing an order is an offer to purchase, which we may accept or decline at our discretion. We currently offer Cash on Delivery (COD): payment is collected in cash by our courier at the time of delivery. We may cancel or refuse orders that appear fraudulent or that we are unable to fulfil.

5. Shipping and delivery. Delivery times, rates and regions are described in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed.

6. Returns and refunds. Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

7. Intellectual property. All content on this website, including text, images, logos and designs, is owned by or licensed to The Pup Heritage Co. and may not be copied or used without our written permission.

8. Acceptable use. You agree not to use our store for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with its operation, or to attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems.

9. Disclaimer. Our products are accessories for dogs and are not safety or restraint devices. Always supervise your dog and check the fit regularly. The store and its products are provided "as is" without warranties beyond those required by law.

10. Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Pup Heritage Co. shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our store or products.

11. Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent Swiss courts.

12. Changes. We may update these Terms at any time. The version published on this page when you place your order applies to that order.
