Refund policy

We want you and your companion to love every piece. If something isn't right, here's how returns work.

Return window. You may return unused items within 14 days of receiving your order.

Condition. Items must be unused, unworn and in their original condition with any tags attached. For hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns on items that show clear signs of use.

How to return. Email us at contact@thepupheritageco.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return, and we'll send return instructions. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds. Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll confirm your refund. As orders are paid by cash on delivery, refunds are issued by bank transfer (we'll request your IBAN) or, if you prefer, as store credit. Please allow up to 10 business days for your refund to be processed.

Faulty or incorrect items. If your item arrives faulty or you received the wrong item, contact us within 14 days and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund, including any return shipping costs.

Exchanges. The fastest way to change size is to return your item for a refund and place a new order.
